NOTES:

FEES: Fees are for the full year and cover lectures and practical sessions, text books and stationery. Fees do not include enrolment or examination fees. Please apply to the institution for these.

Fees are billed in two instalments, once at the start of the course and again half way through the course. Fees are due in advance, on or before the first day of the semester. The school reserves the right to increase fees at two months notice.

A non-refundable registration fee of 2,000/- is payable on application. An advance payment of 20% of the first term's fees is payable. This advance payment is not refunded if confirmed places are not taken. Students who cannot be accommodated immediately are put on a waiting list.

DISCOUNTS:

- EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT (tuition only): A discount of 3% of Tuition Fees is given when payment is made within 6 days of due date.

- FAMILY DISCOUNT - ON TUITION ONLY: Family discounts are allowed as follows: 2nd student 10%; 3rd student 20%, 4th student 30% and 5th student 40%.

BOARDING / MEALS: Accommodation Fees are for Half Board and include breakfast and supper. Food purchased at the Coffee shop and Lunches are operated on a 'pay-as-you-eat' system with students signing for their meals using a meal account. For this we recommend an initial deposit of Ksh 20,000/-. An account of money used will be given at the end of each term. For day scholars, all meals and snacks operate on a 'pay-as-you-eat' system.
