BRAEBURN SCHOOL FEES (In Kenya Shillings, per student)
The fees structure is in Kenyan Shillings, per student per term, for the academic year 2007-2008. Payment may be made in either shillings or foreign currency converted at the daily mid rate published by Barclays Bank Ltd.

Note: Fees indicate Tuition, Lunch, Bus, Creche and Refundable Deposit but do not include enrolment or examination fees. Please apply to the institution for these.

Application for admission must be accompanied by a registration fee of Kshs. 2,000/-. A refundable deposit (caution fee) for use of library and school equipment is payable upon acceptance, as indicated above. An advance payment of 20% of the tuition fee is payable against the first term's invoice. This advance payment is not refundable if confirmed places are not taken. Children who cannot be accommodated immediately are put on a waiting list.

Fees are billed in August, December and April, except for Year 11 which is billed as an annual fee in two tranches in August and December. School fees are due in advance, on or before the first day of the term. The school reserves the right to increase fees at two months notice.

One full terms notice in writing is required if a child is to be withdrawn from the school.

DISCOUNTS:

EARLY PAYMENT - ON TUITION ONLY: A discount of 3% of Tuition Fees is given when payment is made within 6 days of due date.

FAMILY DISCOUNT - ON TUITION ONLY: Family discounts on tuition only are allowed as follows: 2nd Child 10%; 3rd Child 20%, 4th Child 30% and 5th Child 40%.
